We have Guidance activities to help students analyze the situation in relation to culture, environment and career trends and to be able to select relevant subjects or courses. This involves teachers helping the students to adopt effective behavior for personal development so as to attain skills in: completing course application, job applications and job interviews.

This has enable our students to achieve academic excellence over a long period of time. We're so pround that this is working wery well.

The academic office, staff and students have made some positive steps towards participatory mode of career development which includes:

• Creating awareness of the possibility of one-to-one opportunity or career guidance on appointment basis. This enables students to face their personal struggles honesty on safe guard without external influence.
• A termly timetable is drawn where students are met in their respective year to discuss issues like choice of O'Level subjects, HSC combinations, university course choices, etc followed by input from external facilitators at the end of the term.
• The careers' office together with the Directors of Study and Academic Deputy work as a team on stipulated occasions to assist students in making proper choices and filling relevant forms for different levels in their career paths.
• Termly academic days for each class are organized by Administration. Whereby the careers' desk has been included to avail parents and students a chance to consult further or discuss issues regarding their children' career development.
